You should contact the Breakdown Assistance Provider using the emergency number which can be found on either your policy wording or certificate of insurance. The number is available 24/7 365 days a year and is not the numbers you would call if you wanted to make a change to your policy.
You should be aware that calling the wrong assistance provider may result in you being told you don't have cover as different companies will not be aware of each-others' customers. This is why it is important to call the number you have been provided on your documents.
